Top stars Will Young, Felicity Kendal and Tom Conti are among those involved in an experiment that will bring theatre back to Windsor - by appearing onstage in radio versions of popular plays.

Audiences will see the actors on stage at the Theatre Royal. But the plays will be presented as if they were being performed on the radio with the casts standing at microphones scripts in hand.

This has been done before at the Theatre Royal with great success in the past - but in the current crisis it enables the actors to be safely 'socially distanced'.
