A MAN has been acquitted of rape by a twelve-strong jury.
Bodie Holt, of Corfe Place, Maidenhead, was on trial at Reading Crown Court this week charged with one count of rape.
The alleged offence was said to have taken place on December 13, 2021, in Maidenhead.

However, the 34-year-old denied the offence and the case was taken to trial.
On Wednesday (October 18), after two hours and one minute, a jury found Mr Holt not guilty of rape.
Wearing a striped jumper and wheeling a suitcase, Mr Holt was free to leave the court.
Any payments he has made towards legal aid will be reimbursed.
