Here is a list of cases from Berkshire Magistrates' Court between December 20 and 23. 

Steven John APPLETON, 59, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the sex offenders register. Appleton failed to notify Slough Police Station every seven days that he was currently of no fixed abode. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and was made to pay a victim surcharge of £85.

WAQUS ALI KHAN, 22, of Park View Chase, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was fined £181, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Gagandeep GAGANDEEP, 29, of Faraday Road, Slough, pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a breath sample for analysis after being ordered to do so by a police officer, but was found guilty. He also pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. He was given an 18 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. He was also made to pay £775 costs and a £115 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 32 months.

MAJINDER SINGH HOTHI, 37, of Salt Hill Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing £125 worth of clothes from Timberland, King Edward Court, Windsor. He was given a four week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, due to a history of similar offences. He was made to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

DANIEL JAMES BUTLER, 33, of Sandringham Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £300, and made to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

SIMON SINGH SARAI, 34, of Hampshire Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly, and assaulting a police officer. He was fined £40 for being drunk and disorderly, and £80 for the assault.

Kevin Martin DORAN, 47, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing mobile phones. He was jailed for 12 weeks due to a long history of similar offences, and made to pay compensation of £100 to both victims.

DARREN JOHN AYRES, 49, of Gardener Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving and possession of cocaine. He was fined £120 for the drink-driving, £60 for the cocaine, and made to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Tim Matthew James WILKINSON, 36, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to burglary and failing to comply with the terms of the sex offenders register. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appoitments with a police officer, and made to pay a £85 victim surcharge.

MOHAMMED MUNAWAR, 45, of Broadmark Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to criminal damage of another man's window and two counts of assault. For the criminal damage, he was given a six week prisons sentence, suspended for 24 months, and was ordered to undertake an alcohol treatment programme for six months. For the assaults, he was given a 16 month prison sentence suspended for 24 months, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Hafiz Umer MUNIR, 25, of Northern Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to three counts of assault and one of intimidating behaviour. He was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and placed under a restraining order against one of his victims. He was also made to pay £85 costs, and a £115 victim surcharge.

DYLAN BOWMAN, 18, of Lincoln Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving, driving without a licence, driving without insurance, and failing to stop after a road accident. He was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs, as well as £100 compensation to the driver of the car he damaged. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

James Adam Michael WEBB, 24, of Clonmel Way, Burnham, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. He was ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work, in addition to £150 compensation, £85 costs, and a £85 victim surcharge.
