GOOD causes weren't the only ones to feel the benefit of a charity bootcamp day at Dorney Lake this weekend.
The Body Retreat's annual event was held on Sunday and offered a day of health, fitness and creativity while raising more than £4,000 for Breastcancer Now and The Eve Appeal.
Julie Abernethy, founder of the Body Retreat, which runs the event, said: "It feels like a drop in the ocean of what's needed.
"It's not a day to come and have tins rattled at you. It's to make sure we are looking after our own health and also to have a great day together with friends old and new."
The day included dance classes, circuits and a boat race, as well as a artistic activity which was new this year.
Steffi Goddard, an artist who now lives in Spain offered those attending the bootcamp the chance to colour a heart on her specially prepared canvas.
People taking part contributed in different ways, with some just painting a bright yellow heart and others producing more intricate designs. It will now be donated to The Eve Appeal to auction off at a later date.
