MAIDENHEAD United have reached the first round proper of the FA Cup this season after a 2-1 win against Havant & Waterlooville on Saturday.

United were the favourites to progress from the fourth qualifying round and Sam Barratt gave them the lead midway through the first half at York Road.

A goal from Jason Prior on 50 minutes brought the National South club level, but Maidenhead won the tie when Ryan Upward scored in the first minute of time added on.

United are ball number 69 in the draw for the first round proper, which takes place live on BT Sport and BB2 this Monday at 7pm.

United return to action in the National League with a visit to second placed Dover Athletic this Saturday (3pm).

Windsor have returned to winning form in the Hellenic Premier Division after a 3-1 victory over Highmoor Ibis at Stag Meadow.

Two goals from Riccardo Cannon gave Windsor a clear lead at the half-time interval before Ricardo Catlyn pulled one back for Highmoor on 62 minutes.

A goal from Haydon Clack in the 64th minute secured the points for Windsor and moves them up to 11th position in the league table.

Windsor travel to Abingdon United on Tuesday (7.45pm) before a trip to Flackwell Heath in the first round proper of the FA Vase this Saturday (3pm).

Burnham remain bottom of the division following a 5-0 defeat away at Wantage Town.

Steve Robertson took the plaudits at Alfredian Park with his hat-trick, while Jack Dunmall and Nick Thorne were also on target.
