Maidenhead upped the tempo after the break in the search for an equaliser but the Golden Eagles keeper Jai Sharman pulled-off a series of great saves.
The Warriors then began to tire and the Eagles were able to add three more goals, two from Frankie Runham, one a long range screamer from the half-way line, and the other from Taylor-Jay Blakeley.
Golden Eagles will now play George Green in the semi-finals after their 6-1 victory against Delaford Reds last weekend.
