WINDSOR are now three matches without a win in the Hellenic Premier Division after a 1-1 draw away at Fairford Town on Saturday.

The Stag Meadow-based club have not won in the league since September 8th, and their latest draw leaves them in ninth position in the league table.

A goal from Daniel Roberts gave the visitors the lead midway through the first-half at Cinders Lane, before Conor Thompson equalised for Fairford on 66 minutes.

Windsor welcome Ascot United to Stag Meadow this Saturday (3pm).

Virginia Water are out of the Hellenic League Challenge Cup this season after a surprise 4-1 defeat against lower-league Easington Sports on Saturday.

Jake Baker scored the only goal for The Waters in the first round tie at Stag Meadow.

Holyport have made progress in the Challenge Cup following their 3-2 win against Division One East counterparts Didcot Town Development on Saturday.

A goal from Ross McDonald gave Didcot the lead inside five minutes of the first round tie at Summerleaze.

However, a brace from Jon Feaver gave Port the advantage heading into the break, and Alan Ackerman added a third goal inside the last 10 minutes.

Didcot had the final say in the match as McDonald netted his second in time added on but it was not enough to deny the home side of victory.

Holyport return to league action with a visit to Summerleaze from Chalvey Sports this Saturday (3pm).
