A MAN suffered head injuries in a brutal attack in a leisure centre car park on Tuesday night, July 25.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) officers attended the car park at the Magnet Leisure Centre in Maidenhead, where a man was found with head and face injuries at around 10.19pm.
The car park, in St Cloud Way, also incorporates the Ten Pin bowling alley and a cordon was put in place at the exit nearby which runs onto Cookham Road. The man, who was in his twenties, was taken to Wexham Park Hospital in Slough and has since been discharged.
A TVP spokesperson added: “Officers and ambulance service were in attendance.
“The offender is described as a white man in his late twenties, tall, of an athletic build, wearing a white t-shirt and dark trousers.
“He left the area in a vehicle following the incident, which travelled in the direction of Cookham Road.
“Investigations are ongoing.
“If anyone witnessed the offence and has not yet spoken to police, please call Thames Valley Police on 101 quoting reference 431702204495.”
Leisure users were forced to use an alternative exit to the car park at the rear.
