Aside from the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead's usual escapades, the Councillor has also been seen showing his appreciation for local nightlife. 

In a recent post to social media, Councillor Neil Knowles posted a photo taken by a club picture photographer at a local night club. 

In the picture the Councillor can be seen with two other men who are both gripping beer bottles, one of them comically pointing at the Mayor. 

In the recent post to the Councillor's Twitter feed, he said the following: 

"Sad to see Smokies close but a glorious send off on Friday.

"Not many Mayors get in Clubbing photos!"

Smokeys was a local nightclub that is situated close to Windsor in Maidenhead and was considered a usual haunt for a number of local residents. 

The club sadly closed recently as pointed out by Councillor Neil Knowles.
