A pub in a rural village is looking for a new owner.

The George on the Green, located in Holyport, is up for lease for £125,000.

Described as a "thriving pub" with food facilities, it boasts a "stunning" location in the centre of a village green between Windsor and Bray.

The previous owners have reported net sales of around £630,000 per annum.

Businessesforsale.com who is listing the pub, said: "This well-kept traditional style village pub has an annual turnover in the region of £630,000 per annum with a split on the trade of approximately 60 per cent food sales to 40 per cent wet sales."

The pub has an open plan layout with heavily beamed ceilings, features an exposed brick fireplace, a rustic style lounge bar and dining for around 50.

It includes a "well-equipped" commercial catering kitchen facility and an "excellent" terrace and garden trading area directly overlooking the village green.

The new owners will also benefit from "well-presented" first-floor accommodation, which includes three bedrooms, a lounge, a study, a kitchen and a bathroom.
