LEGOLAND Windsor has submitted plans to build its much-anticipated indoor Adventure Golf attraction.
This is just one of the many applications submitted to the local authorities in Slough, Windsor, and Maidenhead in the past seven days.

A developer wants to build a new car showroom at Bath Road, Littlewick Green, Maidenhead (22/01662/FULL).
A planning application was approved in 2014 for a developer to demolish a disused petrol station at Bath Road for a single-storey car showroom.
However, that permission has since expired, and the council is being asked to re-approve the scheme for development to go ahead.
The site lies within the green belt, but the developer maintains its argument the proposed change of use will lessen the impact than if the site was reverted back to a petrol station as there would be less activity at the building.
It will also provide more jobs and benefit the local economy.

Royal Borough planning officers are still yet to determine the application.
Plans to convert an office into two studio flats have been approved at 27-29 Chalvey Road, Slough (P/12595/005).
The building itself was once a house, then the ground floor was converted to offices. Many buildings along this street are residential, according to the planning statement.
Access to the property will be as existing. Existing parking arrangements to the rear will remain, with a new cycle store area proposed.
The only change externally is the windows to the front elevation. Existing external areas are to remain.

As part of the theme park’s future plans to build a holiday village and the reconfiguration of its car park, planners have lodged an application to build the much-anticipated indoor adventure golf attraction.
The building has been designed to sit discretely within the park, with good connectivity to both the entrance to the park and the future holiday village.
The proposed attraction will have four individually-themed golf courses, including a pirate-themed one.

The new Adventure Golf Indoor Attraction will be a new secondary ‘support’ ride. It will provide an additional indoor attraction for guests to the park and to the hotel, which is open for additional periods out of season when the main park is closed.
The planning statement states: “It will increase the attractiveness of the Park throughout the year and in the future, it will provide an easily accessible indoor attraction for holiday village guests.”
