The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts:
December 13
JORDAN DI TOMMASO, 32, of Alma Road, Windsor, admitted breaching a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend appointments in September 2021. Fined £500 and made to py £60 in court fees.
HASSAN ILYAS, 33, of Clare Road, Taplow, Maidenhead, admitted common assault and using threatening behaviour in Maidenhead on April 10, 2020. Community order made. Requirement to take part in up to 100 hours of unpaid work. Must pay compensation of £150 and court costs of £90.
December 14
ATIQUE KHAN, 47, of Spackmans Way, Slough, admitted assaulting a police officer in Slough on July 17, 2020. Fined £186, must pay compensation of £50 and ordered to pay £664 in court costs.
December 17
COSMIN MATEI, 36, of Montem Lane, Slough, admitted failing to take part in a breath test when required in Maidenhead on October 5, 2019. Banned from driving for 20 months. Fined £750 and made to pay £160 in court costs.
PATIENCE ELLIS, 27, of Sawyers Close, Windsor, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare in Slough on June 8, 2021. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £110.30 and ordered to pay court fees of £214.
PAULINE JONES, 20, of Kidderminster Road, Slough, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare in Slough on June 1, 2021. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £4.40 and ordered to pay court fees of £214.
DANIEL LYONS, 20, of London Road, Slough, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare in Slough on June 11, 2021. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £18.90 and ordered to pay court fees of £180.
