A popular pub in a quaint village has reopened its doors after months of renovation works.

The Bell in Stoke Mandeville officially relaunched on Friday, November 26, with a new look interior and menu, after being shut since the summer.

Managed by Wells & Co, the venue now boasts seasonal menus, with customers being offered dishes such as brisket beef daube and dumplings and a garlic & thyme baked Somerset camembert during the winter months.

Sundays will be celebrated with a line-up of traditional roasts options including a butternut squash wellington for vegetarians.

The reopening of the pub also introduced locals to the craft beer and ale range from Wells & Co.’s brewing facility in Bedford, Brewpoint.

They’ll have the likes of Checkpoint, On Point and Midpoint on draught as well as the latest seasonal ale from the brewer to offer.
