'SUSPICIOUS' doorbell footage has captured a dog being bundled into the back of a van near Maidenhead.
Thames Valley Police neighbourhood teams said the suspect incident was caught on doorbell video footage.
It showed a black van reverse onto a driveway and the driver sitting inside with the engine running about 9.20am on Thursday, October 14.
The van was sat running in a driveway in St Marks Crescent, in Pinkneys Green, for about 10 minutes.
The force said a woman then approached the van with a dog, which was put into the back of the van via the side door.
It said: "The man then did something in the back of the van and laid mats onto the driveway, which seem to have left a mark."
The man and the woman then drove off with the dog in the van.
Police are calling for anyone with more detail to help identify the details surrounding the suspect incident.
Anyone with details is asked to call police on 101 reference 43210463146
