A WINDSOR man has been forced to pay out more than £200 after he was caught not wearing a seatbelt while driving.
Jonathan Isaac, of Luff Close, Windsor, was convicted of the offence after initally pleading not guilty.

He was caught without the safety harness around him on Wellington Street in Slough on July 25, 2020.
Appearing at Reading Magistrates’ Court on June 8, the 38-year-old was fined £100.

He was also told to pay £100 in court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
In total, he was forced to pay out £234 for not wearing his seatbelt.
