A DRINK-DRIVER has been caught out for being almost four times the legal limit while behind the wheel in Slough.
Deimantas Anilionis, of Greenside, was found intoxicated by police while driving a VW Passat in Chatfield, Slough, on January 17.
Reading Magistrates' Court heard how the 35 year old was found to have 122mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - almost four times the legal limit of 35mcg.
At a court hearing on June 11, the drink-driver was sentenced to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 24 months.
Court documents state this is due to the severity of the offence with a high acohol reading and due to previous connvictions.
Anilionis must abide by a curfew for four weeks with electronic monitoring, and is ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity.
He is also banned from driving for 40 months, and must pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
