MORE rain is expected to come our way this weekend. 

Sunshine is the ideal weather when sitting in a pub garden but in true British weather fashion, this won't be happening...

This weekend in Berkshire, however, may not be a good one for visiting a pub garden or a long country walk.

It is expected to be overcast and grey for much of the weekend. There is a 95 per cent chance of heavy rain on Saturday.

Here is how the weather will look this weekend:

Friday 7 May​

Friday offers a promising start to the weekend as it is predicted to have sunny intervals for much of the day.

Despite the sun the highest the temperature will reach is 11 degrees, although it will feel more like nine.

The good news is that there is a very small chance of rain. This is the best it could get.

Saturday 8 May

On Saturday, rain is predicted to fall for most of the day with at least an 80 per cent chance of precipitation expected between 7 am and 16:00pm.

While the rain falls, the temperature should at least rise throughout the day. Starting at seven degrees and rising to 14 degrees in the early evening.

Sunday 9 May

Sunday is expected to be drier and a little bit warmer. No rain is predicted and there could be a flash of sunlight at 4pm.

Temperature-wise there will be highs of 16 degrees for most of the day. It will feel a bit colder due to 30 mph winds.
