First look images have been revealed of the new multi-million pound ride at Legoland Windsor Resort.

Dubbed as the Flight of the Sky, Legoland will be home to the UK's first every flying theatre ride inspired from mythical creatures and the world of fantasy.

The attraction stands at over 25 metres tall and will take thrill seekers on a magical adrenaline filled experience.

Along with the behind the scenes look at the ride, the Windsor theme park has released a teaser of the animated film that will transport guests into the world of LEGO Mythica when they board.

Guests will swoop, duck and dive over the incredible landscape and come face to face with the realm’s many mythical characters including the Hydra and the Alicorns.

Joining The Flight of The Sky Lion at LEGO MYTHICA will be an array of other attractions that will be sure to capture the imagination of both adults and children alike.

Legoland also unveiled the Fire and Ice Freefall ride which stands at 13 metres tall.

If you love water rides then guests will get to enjoy the new Hydra's Challenge which is an exhilarating water ride where 'aspiring explorers' will need to steer their own vessel.

The first look reveal also includes the magical portal and entrance to the parallel universe of LEGO Mythica where - having already proved their bravery - the Resort’s Model Makers have crossed over and been hard at work applying finishing touches to the new LEGO models.

Guests will see detailed and vibrant LEGO models such as the Greek Mythology inspired Chimera, Troll and The Hydra when they next visit the Windsor resort.
