THAMES Valley Police (TVP) has appealed for witnesses after the force received a report of a "a female who had been struck by a car".
TVP Roads Policing tweeted yesterday afternoon to explain it had received the report.
The force said it happened on Uxbridge Road in Slough yesterday afternoon at 2.50pm.

It said: "We would like to speak to her or any witnesses who may have information to assist us.
"Please call 101 and quote 43210165095."
