It will offer fresh coffee, teas, all day breakfast, cake, and biscuits from all around the world.
The restaurant seeks to employ four full time staff and two part time staff.
If approved, it could operate seven days a week from 8am to 11.30pm.

In the design and access statement, it states: “The proposal will serve the large local community of which are residential and commercial with freshly brewed coffee and teas from around the world.
“The proposed coffee shop will help regenerate the current vacant building and help inject money back into the community by providing jobs to locals and providing healthy breakfast, snacks and fresh coffee and teas.”

Apart from two disabled bays, no other car parking spaces are provided due to the site being in a ‘designated shopping area’ as the site is located near public transport links, shops, and the town centre.
