OFFICERS are urging members of the public to come forward if they know the whereabouts of four people who are wanted by Thames Valley Police and the Home Office.

1. Ireneusz Terlecki - aged between 45 - 50, wanted for questioning in relation to an offence of attempted kidnap.

Terlecki allegedly has information about an attempted kidnapping in Forbury Gardens, Reading.

Thames Valley Police believes he may have information about the attempted kidnap offence and he known to frequent Reading and Poland.

2. Sandeep Basham - aged between 40 - 45, wanted in connection with immigration offences.

Basham is wanted by the Home Office for crimes related to Tilling Crescent in High Wycombe.

Crimestoppers said: "Sandeep Basham is wanted in connection with Immigration offences.

"If you know his whereabouts please contact us."

He is described as a large build, has a beard, black hair and his ethnic appearance is Asian.

3.Alhareth Ghattour - aged between 30 - 35, wanted for questioning in relation to an offence of Affray.

Thames Valley Police is looking for Ghattour who reportedly has information about a fight which happened in St. Aldates, Oxford.

Crimestoppers said he could be in Libya or in Oxford and Thames Valley Police are urging people to call their number on 101.

4. Hamman Abokashiem - aged between 30 - 35, wanted for questioning in relation to an offence of Affray.

Abokashiem is also wanted in connection to an offence of affray in Oxford.

Police said "Hamman Abokashiem is wanted for questioning in relation to an offence of Affray. If you know where he is or have any information about him, please call Thames Valley Police on 101 or if you would like to remain anonymous, please call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111." He is also known to visit Libya.
