A car that came from Poland to the UK two years ago has been seized in Slough, after it was revealed that the vehicle hadn’t been registered with the DVLA.

The car was confiscated by Thames Valley Police under Operation Jessica – an operation to clamp down on foreign cars that are being driven illegally on UK roads.

As the driver hadn’t registered the vehicle with the DVLA, no car tax has been paid for.

Thames Valley Police Road Policing said on Twitter: “The owner has been reported to the #DVLA who will write to them in due course.”
