A charity that takes vulnerable people to hospital and GP appointments can now make its fleet of vehicles more Covid secure - thanks to a £7,000 grant.

People to Places has a fleet of 13 vehicles and each air filtration and protective screen system needed since the virus struck costs about £1,000 to purchase and install.

Thanks to the grant by the Maidenhead based Louis Baylis Charitable Trust the charity will now be able to play a full role in transporting people from the borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to receive Covid vaccinations in the coming months.
