Police are asking for the public’s help to find a man who has escaped from HM Prison Springhill in Buckinghamshire.

Daniel Grantham, 41, was last seen yesterday.

He is white, approximately 5ft 8ins tall, of large build, and has brown eyes, brown, short, cropped hair with a brown beard and moustache.

Grantham also has a tattoo of a skull on his neck and a scar on his chin.

He is known to frequent locations within the West Midlands, Warwickshire and West Mercia.

Detective Constable Emma Francis, based at Aylesbury police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in locating Grantham.

“If you see him, please do not approach him but call 999 instead.

“Anyone who has any information can call police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 43200407804.

“Alternatively if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
