A 'virtual' public exhibition will give people a chance to see how plans for a new 124 bedroom hotel and restaurant in the heart of Windsor will look.

Canada Life's plan to redevelop the Boots site in Peascod Street will go on display online next Monday, December 7 and will remain on view until Sunday, December 20.

The company is planning to maintain the existing Peascod Street frontage with a slightly smaller shop replacing Boots.

The major development will all happen behind the new shop, sprawling back as far as Mellor Walk by Bachelors Acre, where the main frontage of the new hotel will be based.

The exhibition will be available on http://www.peascodstreet.co.uk

Duncan Mathieson, Managing Director of Realis Estates the scheme’s Development Consultant said: “In these highly unusual times we have had to come up with alternative ways to engage with local residents and stakeholders in order to share our proposals. We would like to encourage as many people as possible to visit our virtual exhibition in order to find out about our scheme and let us know their views.”
