The building – which is located on the A4 Colnbrook By-Pass – is believed to have originally been built in 1750 where this application will retain its characteristics.
The applicant, Colnbrook Investments Limited, will start internal renovation works on the former gentleman’s club with the installation of a new extraction flue.
Other works include the insertion of a single fire exit door to the rear of the building and installing additional sound quilt insulation under the ceiling to bring the noise level down less than 45DB.

The takeaway service will operate 24/7 with the restaurant opening at 6am and closing at 2am.
The two-acre site will retain its 58 car parking spaces – three of which are disabled bays.
In the design and access statement, it states the applicant is in “negotiations” with a few airlines to provide them food for air passengers as the two-storey building is not far away from Heathrow Airport.
