Langley Post Office is a finalist in the We’re Stronger Together regional awards for service during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The awards run by the Post Office recognise efforts made by postmasters across the Greater London region to keep branches open and serving their community during the crisis.
Postmaster Roy Matta who runs Langley Post Office, was praised by Post Office area manager Jesus de Sousa, who said: "Roy at our Langley branch has been nominated for the Community Engagement award for staying open in tough circumstances over the last few months. Facing enormous queues as a result of other branches closing, Roy managed his branch calmly and professionally with a positive attitude.”
Langley Post Office is based at 13 Harrow Market.
