A senior site manager who worked on the Loftings development in Stafferton Way, Maidenhead has scooped a top industry accolade.
Darran Glewis was chosen by the National House Building Control (NHBC) for a Pride in the Job award.
He said: "Winning this award is fantastic recognition of the rigour and hard work displayed by my team every day. We each share the same commitment to delivering high quality homes for our customers at The Loftings so I'm extremely pleased to be able to share this award with them.ā
He can now go on to compete for a Seal of Excellence and a regional award.
Darran began his career as a bricklayer before progressing to site manager and senior site manager. Joining Redrow Southern Counties in July 2017, he faced a major challenge when he joined the team delivering the 271-home Loftings community development in central Maidenhead.
Ian Sneddon, Regional Director at Redrow Southern Counties, said: "I was absolutely delighted to learn Darran had received the Pride in the Job award from the NHBC and Iād like to congratulate him and his team for their continued dedication and diligence.ā
