A brutal would be robber terrorised a woman, her sister and young son in Wellington Street car park, Slough on Friday.

He attacked the woman who is in her 30s between 6.20pm and 6.45pm, pushing her and attempting to slam the door of the car on her. He also attempted to grab her bag and phone.

She managed to get into her car but the offender continued to bang on the windows before making off on foot towards Tesco petrol station.

He is described as a white man in his late thirties, around 5ft9in tall, with an average build, pale skin, blue eyes and messy blonde hair. He was wearing dark bottoms and a blue zipped up jacket.

Case Investigator Daniel Fallis, based at Slough police station said: “This was a frightening experience for the victim, who was with her sister and young son at the time. This is a busy car park with other shoppers around at the time, and I would urge anyone who witnessed this incident or has any information to come forward."
