The warning is in place from midnight tonight and all day tomorrow until 11.45pm.
Driving on the roads may be more difficult due to flooding and spray and road closures are expected.
There is also a small chance of fast-flowing and deep floodwater causing danger to life.
Some homes and businesses could also be flooded causing damage to buildings.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service are also urging drivers to take extra care when on the roads.
If you're driving on Thursday, remember to take care.

In wet weather stopping distances will be at least double those required for stopping on dry roads.
Regularly check the tread and pressure of your tyres and the condition of your windscreen and wipers. https://t.co/Di5dMzXb3Y
