An elderly man has been left with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Bray.
The man - in his eighties - was walking on the A308, Braywick Road, near the cemetery, when he was hit by a a small, dark coloured Citroen on Wednesday, October 23.
The crash happened at around 3.30pm and police think there may have been more witnesses.
The driver of the car was not injured in the smash but the pedestrian was rushed to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Investigating officer PC Nadeem Salaam of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident.
“It was during daylight hours and we believe that there could be witnesses who saw what happened but have not yet spoken to police.
“We would also ask people in the area at the time to check dash-cam and CCTV footage to see if it could help with our enquiries."
