Police have released further details in regard to the seizure of a Ferrari in Chesham, which had been reported stolen from Europe.
The force confirmed that the vehicle had been reported stolen from Liechtenstein.
The vehicle was recovered in Red Lion Street.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman told the Bucks Free Press: "This was an intelligence-led seizure of a stolen motor vehicle which had been reported stolen in Liechtenstein.
"The vehicle, which was a Ferrari, has been recovered.
"In terms of the number of officers attending, this was simply to secure the vehicle and to ensure there were no issues in doing so.
"All uniformed police officers wear PPE (personal protective equipment), and so it was routine to be wearing stab vests."
