A man was found unconscious in Burnham last month – after sustaining facial injuries which required hospital attention.

On August 23, a 51-year-old man was found unconscious on a footpath off Burnham Lane, near to the junction of Priory Road.

The victim’s wallet, which contained bank cards, has been stolen.

He sustained facial injuries and was treated at Wexham Park Hospital and has since been discharged.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Andrew Melton, said: “Officers would like to speak to anyone who has information about this incident.

“You may have seen the incident happened or have been in the area and seen something suspicious around this time.
