A man charged with burglary after an elderly couple had an engagement ring stolen in Slough has pleaded not guilty.
Miley Doran, 23, of Haymer Close, Uxbridge, appeared at Reading Crown Court on Tuesday charged with one count of burglary.
It comes after the couple had an engagement ring, cash and two other rings stolen in Minster Way at around 3pm on May 20.
A 19-year-old man from Windsor has been arrested and released under investigation.
The case is now on a ‘warned list’ – with a trial expected to start anytime in the two weeks commencing October 21.
