A teenager from Windsor has been arrested in connection with a distraction burglary in Slough.
It comes after an elderly couple had an engagement ring, cash and two other rings stolen in Minster Way at around 3pm on May 20.
A dark grey Volvo V40 occupied by five men was parked in Minster Way.
Three of the men got out of the vehicle and two of the men then entered a property of a couple, both aged 73.
The men said they could help to fix the couple’s windows, before stealing cash and three rings, including an engagement ring.
A 19-year-old man from Windsor has been arrested and released under investigation.
Miley Doran, 23, of Haymer Close, Uxbridge, has been charged with one count of burglary in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on July 16.
