Police are on the lookout for a man who carried out a spate of frauds at Sainsbury supermarkets last month.
CCTV images have been released of a man who police believe may have information in relation to the five frauds, which included three in Aylesbury and Maidenhead between May 8th and 20th.
The fraudster used cloned bank cards to fraudulently purchase items at the shops. Another two incidents occurred outside the Thames Valley in Stamore and Woking. Police believe that the five frauds are linked.
Investigating officer, Sergeant Kris Lovell based at Maidenhead police station, said: “I am keen to speak to the man in these CCTV images, as he may have information which is vital to our investigation.
“If you recognise this man, or have any information in relation to these incidents, please report the details on the Thames Valley Police website quoting reference 43190153359. Alternatively, you can call the non-emergency telephone number, 101, or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
