Staff at a popular nursery in Farnham Common decided to 'divide and conquer' when events threatened to overwhelm them.

The team at Millwood House Day Nursery in Collinswood Road managed to keep three March events going at the same time.

The Baby room for youngsters aged up to 18 months hosted world book day as the children dressed as their favourite book characters.

Teenie room for children aged 18 months to two-years-old saw pancakes made to order with a selection of toppings and parents entering a pancake designing competition.

Tweenie room for two to three year olds went all out Disney for Comic Relief with themed activities and a prince and princess tea party.

While School room for three to five-year-olds celebrated St Davids Day by planting daffodil bulbs and St. Patricks day with Green activities. The nursery chef held a very successful red themed bake sale.

Local businesses and parents donated prizes for the raffle, consisting of vouchers from Odds Farm, Beaconskot Model Village, Mars, Pure Spa, Kai’s, Go Karting and the Punjab Restaurant to name but a few.
