St Patrick's Day was celebrated in style at the weekend - as a village turned out to support its football club.
Saturday night gave the adults a chance to enjoy themselves at Eton Wick Football Club with a bit of help from the band Crooked Style providing the Irish music. There was a raffle.
The following afternoon a children's disco was held at the club.
The weekend was supported by pubs and businesses in the village and the aim was to raise as much money as possible to do repairs to the club roof, as well as some much needed painting and decorating.
Mary Griffin-Aslett from the club said: "Sponsors from the village included pubs and businesses like the Spanish Bit riding school and Powerbug electric golf trolleys. We are very grateful. The community really rallied round behind the club."
