BIFOLCO & Matty are back in Langley.
Owner Samantha Bifolco and founder Nick Matty have reopened the doors of their salon in Harrow Market, Langley after a four year absence.
Before it was sold to a chain of salons four years ago, Bifolco & Matty was originally set up by Nick Matty in 1973 as ‘Nicholas of Knightsbridge’ before Samantha joined in 1997.
She said: "It feels like coming home. I’ve known some of the staff since they started training; they feel like family to me, so I’m delighted that we’re back. We will be taking all of our learned experiences from our many years together and sabbatical and make a new journey together."
Samantha praised the salon managers Christine Bridge and Chelle Kennedy, the whole team plus her husband, daughter and son-in-law, who all helped rebuild the salon for the reopening.
As part of a new philosophy, they will be working towards ethically sourced, environmentally friendly and sustainable products including fair-trade coffee, recyclable bags and paraben, sulphate and cruelty free haircare.
