Matthew Lewis CUMBERBATCH, 33, of Belgrave Road, Slough, pleaded not guilty to driving through a red light but was found guilty. He was fined £220, and made to pay £200 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was given three points on his licence.

Nicholas John SWAN, 40, of Burlington Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing items from a vehicle and to breaching a non-molestation order. He pleaded not guilty to a second charge of breaching a non-molestation order, but was found guilty. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £85.

Ibrar HUSSAIN, of Joshua Road, Sheffield, [NO AGE], was proved in his absence to have neglected four dogs in Slough. He was ordered to complete 140 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £8,287.50 costs, and a £85 victim surcharge. Hussain was barred from keeping or caring for animals for at least the next ten years.

Satpaul Singh GARCHA, 36, of Francis Road, Hounslow, pleaded guilty to stealing three boxed sets of perfume worth £60 from Marks and Spencer in Maidenhead. She was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.

Gurmare KHALSA, 20, of Wheatlands, Hounslow, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance in Maidenhead. He was fined £100, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was given four points on his licence.

Junaid KHAN, 39, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing worth £344 from Marks and Spencer in Windsor. He was jailed for three weeks, due to his history of previous offences, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Kerry-Jane JANE TAYLOR, 40, of Maypole Road, Burnham, pleaded guilty to entering a property that was subject to a closure order. She was placed under a community order in which she must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Artur OGONEK, 40, of Torquay Spur, Britwell, pleaded guilty to stealing £108 worth of goods from Wickes in Slough, using threatening behaviour, and assaulting a man. He was jailed for 10 weeks for the threatening behaviour, as he was on post-sentence supervision, along with an additional two weeks for the assault. He was made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Jamie BOYLE, 35, of Rambler Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to the floor of Wexham Park Hospital, and failing to surrender to court. He pleaded not guilty to assaulting another man, but was found guilty. He was jailed for six weeks for the assault, as Boyle is a serving prisoner and the attack was unprovoked. He was given an additional week for damaging the floor. He was made to pay a £75 victim surcharge and £40 compensation.

CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM CUBBON, 39, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assaulting three women in Maidenhead, and to damaging a door belonging to one of them. He was given a three month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £75 compensation to each of his victims, along with £85 costs. He was also placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting the women or attending their home.

Jodie Kim KINGSTON, 32, of Suffolk Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to stealing £152 worth of goods from Iceland in Slough, and to failing to surrender to court. She pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman, but was found guilty. She was given a 8 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and was made to pay £50 compensation to the victim or her attack, along with a £115 victim surcharge.

Benedetta ADJEI, 20, of Northmead Road, Slough, was proved in his absence to have used a train at Slough without paying for a ticket. He was made to pay a £220 fine, along with £160 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and £3.90 compensation.

Amal Abdi ALI, 22, of Medina Road, Birmingham, was proved in her absence to have used a train at Slough without paying for a ticket. She was made to pay a £220 fine, along with £160 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and £4.90 compensation.

Alexandaru-Silviu ARGHIRE, 23, of Tuns Lane, Slough, was proved in his absence to have used a train at Slough without holding a valid ticket. Ordered to pay a £220 fine, £160 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and £2.70 compensation.
