Here is this week's Berkshire Magistrates' Court list for our area. 

MOHAMED ANAS, 44, of Odencroft Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving an unlicensed vehicle. He was fined £100, and made to pay a vehicle excise back duty of £30, and £85 costs.

SHAFFI DARR, 19, of Hazelmere Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and driving without insurance. He was fined £40, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. He was also given six points on his licence. His drugs were confiscated and destroyed.

MOHAMMED NAQI HUSSAIN, 33, of Maidenhead Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to another person’s car. He was fined £120, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

ONKAR JUDGE, 43, of King Edward’s Street, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £440, in addition to £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SINDRA ALI KOUSAR, 20, of Granville Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing £455 from her workplace, a Superdrug in Slough. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay £455 compensation, a victim surcharge of £20, and £85 costs.

BILLIE MCLAUGHLIN, 19, of Ladbrooke Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of cannabis, driving without insurance, and driving without a licence. She was fined £80, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £30. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ATTIQ AHMED SADIQ, 30, of Heywood Gardens, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour. He was fined £40, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

DINESH SHARMA, 35, of Farnburn Avenue, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £40, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

DOREEN WHANDE, 47, of London Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. She was fined £440, in addition to £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge. She was also given six points on her licence.

RANJIT SINGH, 48, of Burlington Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to theft. Singh stole three bottles of whisky worth £55 from a Sainsburys.He was jailed for eight weeks due to to a history of previous offences, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

VICENTIU FLORIN BALEANU, 22, of Uxbridge Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of threatening behaviour.He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work for each offence, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

SIMON DAVID BULL, 31, of Odencroft Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and threatening behaviour. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay £150 compensation to the officer he assaulted.

ARKADIUSZ MARCIN FARYNA, 42, of Trelawney Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of cannabis. He was fined £266, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

SILVIU ANDREI SOARE, 27, of Mirador Crescent, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of threatening behaviour.He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work for each offence, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

ILIE EDUARD STEFANESCU, 23, of Uxbridge Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of threatening behaviour. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work for each offence, and made to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

ELVIN MBUI HOEFER, 28, of Dolphin Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to refusing to supply a breath sample to police after being suspected of drink-driving.He was given an eight week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to complete 58 hours of unpaid work.

PHILLIP DONELLY, 54, of Alma Road, Windsor, pleaded not guilty to assault, but was found guilty. He was fined £600 and made to pay costs of £620, along with a £60 victim surcharge.

KEYEN PAUL, 21, of Chester Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman.He was ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work, and placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim or going near her address.
