TRAFFIC is beginning to ease near Slough and Windsor this morning after a collision on the M4 involving five vehicles.
The road accident took place at 7.34am on the London bound carriageway between junctions 4 for Heathrow and 5 for Langley, a Highways England spokesperson said.
Traffic backed up through junction 6 for Slough and Windsor to 8/9 for Maidenhead.
The incident was cleared by 8.15am as vehicles were moved to the hard shoulder but congestion continued to have a knock-on effect on journeys.
The spokesperson said there were no injuries.
