The following cases were dealt with by East Berkshire's Magistrate's Courts between October 1 and 6:

MARCUS WEST, 21, of Lismore Park, Slough, committed to prison for six weeks for theft of a bottle of courvoisier, to the value of £34.99, belonging to Sainsbury’s in St Cloud Way, Maidenhead, on September 8, 2015. He was also committed to prison for six weeks concurrent for theft of a bottle of aftershave, to the value of £114.10, belonging to Debenhams, in Slough, on September 9. 2015. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge. He was also committed to prison for six weeks concurrent for theft of cosmetic items, to the value of £50.75, belonging to Sainsbury’s, in Slough, on May 26, 2015.

DANIEL RYAN DODOO, 31, of Hampshire Avenue, Slough, was ordered to undergo rehabilitation activity and pay £200 compensation for committing an act outraging public decency, namely masturbating in a public place, in Hampshire Avenue, Slough, on June 16, 2015. He was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £180 criminal courts charge. The same sentence was given to a second charge of committing an act outraging public decency, masturbating in a public place, in Hampshire Avenue, Slough, on May 18, 2015.

CALLY CAIRNS, 26, of Lewes Court, Chalvey Grove, Slough, was fined £200 for being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Garrard Road, Slough, on September 6, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £150 criminal courts charge. He was also fined £65 for failure without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Slough Magistrate’s Court, on September 21, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

STEVEN ANTHONY WALKER, 47, of no fixed address, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing a bottle of cider, to the value of £3, belonging to Sainsbury’s, in Maidenhead, on September 25, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.

LIAM SEAN WILLIAM BUCKLEY, 28, of Larchwood Road, Maidenhead, was fined £350 for failure to attend/remain for initial assessment following test for presence of Class A drugs in Reform Road, Maidenhead, on August 18. 2015. He was also ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

MARCIN WINKLER, 33, of Bromycroft Road, Slough, was fined £200 for possession of a controlled drug of Class A, namely a quantity of diamorphine, in Slough, on September 12, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £180 criminal courts charge. He was also fined £10 for failure without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Slough Magistrates’ Court, on September 28, 2015.

LEONARD BRENNAN, 26, of Eastbridge, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £25 compensation for theft of a pedal cycle at Windsor Leisure Centre, in Stovell Road, Windsor, on August 22, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SAM MULLEN, 32, of Charlton Walk, Windsor, was fined £440 and ordered to pay £150 compensation for assault by beating in William Street, Windsor, on August 2, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

CHRISTOPHER ROBERT CAMPION, of Riverside, Bridgewater, Somerset, was discharged conditionally for three years for possession of knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place, namely a Stanley knife, at Maidenhead Police Station, in Bridge Road, on July 10, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge. £85 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.

DAVID JAMES GIBBONS, 52, of Furnival Avenue, Slough, was committed to prison for 16 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation for assault in Slough, on October 3, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge. Three suspended sentences, each of 12 weeks concurrent, were triggered.

DANIEL PIDDINGTON, 41, of Common Road, Kensworth, was ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation for assault at Indigo Night Club, in Goswell Hill, Windsor, on May 17, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

DONNA MARIE SENNIK, 30, of Look Ahead, Burlington Road, Slough, was fined £120 for theft of batteries, to the value of £44.95, belonging to Boots, in Slough, on September 30, 2015. She was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £180 criminal courts charge.

JAGTAR SINGH, 20, of Langley Park Road, Iver, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £16 compensation for the theft of a bottle of brandy, a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of coke, to the value of £29, belonging to Tesco Extra, in Wellington Street, Slough, on October 3, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.

NYASHA MATEKO, 33, of Beresford Road, Oldbury, West Midlands, was committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent and banned from driving for 36 months for drink driving in Buckingham Avenue, Slough, on September 6, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge, £40 costs and £150 criminal courts charge. He was also committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent for driving while disqualified in Buckingham Avenue, Slough, on September 6, 2015. Two suspended sentences of 8 weeks, also for motoring offences, were triggered.

MATTHEW JAMES CHRISTOPHER YOUNG, 26, of Norelands Drive, Burnham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in a public place in King Street, Maidenhead, on September 19, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.

JED BALDWIN, 20, of Uxbridge Road, Slough, was fined £50 for threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Slough, on August 20, 2015. He was ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.
