Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Michael Christopher Gilbey and William John Gilbey have applied to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead on 22 September to vary the premises licence at Gilbey's, 82 - 83 High Street, Eton, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 6AF. The applicant seeks permission for a variation of the licensed area in accordance with the plan annexed to the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 20 October 2017 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead SL6 1RF. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.rbwm.gov.uk and following the links. Representations must be received by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
