BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(WINKFIELD LANE, WINKFIELD, WINDSOR) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along:
a) WINKFIELD LANE, WINKFIELD, WINDSOR
The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Winkfield Lane, Maidens Green, A330 Church Road, A330 Pigeonhouse Lane, B3022 North Street, Drift Road, Winkfield Lane or by this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while works take place to connect a new sewer.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 15th March 2021 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place between the 15th March 2021 - 26th March 2021.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
