BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (FARLEY COPSE, BINFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS & CYCLISTS) ORDER 2020
Notice Is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian and/or cyclist from proceeding in any direction along: a) Farley Copse, Binfield - Footpath The alternative route for all pedestrians and/or cyclists affected by the closure will be via Farley Copse, Turnpike Road, B3408 Wokingham Road and this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst South East Water replace an existing meter.
The Order came into operation on the 20th April 2020 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 20th April 2020 - 24th April 2020. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated 08th April 2020 Andrew Hunter
