THE WINDSOR Pundits Panel competition returns this season begins this Saturday as Wembley visit Stag Meadow in the extra preliminary round of the FA Cup.

Here is what our pundits had to say and predict what will happen:

Mel Stevens: "August is always tough and this game won't be any different. I'll take any win over performance, and I'm hoping Hugo Sobte has a blinder and Kieran Knight grabs the winner. I'll plump for a score draw though and we'll win the replay cosily. Good luck Mick Woodham and the boys." Windsor 1-1 Wembley.

Hayden Wheeler: "Another season starts and, amidst the comings and goings, we find ourselves hosting Wembley. We've played them before when they were in the Combined Counties League. Games with them are generally competitive and I doubt this will be any different. With another pre season behind our youngsters I feel we will have enough to secure a win." Windsor 2-0 Wembley.

Bob Withers: "Pre-season has been interesting if not entirely inspiring, but now it's the real thing, thank goodness. I'm very much looking forward to seeing the Paul Coyne and Jack Denton midfield partnership flourish at Windsor. I'm hoping they will boss the game on Saturday and lead us through to the next round and a delightful trip to Ashford Town." Windsor 2-1 Wembley.

Paul Smithson: "Wembley finished third in their league last year and always seem to put quite a strong team together each season. Windsor have the makings of a great squad this season with youth and experience in equal measure. The team are still gelling but it will take a few games to get them there. We have always had good battles with Wembley in the past but I think they will just edge it." Windsor 1-2 Wembley.

Richard Endacott: "We're the famous Windsor FC and we're going out at Wembley. The road to Wembley begins and probably ends here." Windsor 1-2 Wembley.
