Bruce Wilson got the ball rolling.
THE phenomenal league form of Windsor & Eton continued with a 3-0 win at North Leigh on Saturday.
It was their eighth league win on the bounce and at such a difficult place to go to, an excellent result. It also equalled Windsor's longest recent unbeaten run of 14 matches.
Like most teams at this level, North Leigh had not played for a month and nearly gifted the Royalists the lead when a poor pass fell to Joe Chandiram and he teed up Michael Chennells but it was saved by Adam Lonsdale.
Bruce Wilson had an effort tipped over the bar but the hosts also went close when Aaron Posey forced a save from keeper Rob Bullivant and the same player had a free-header tipped over the bar from keeper Rob Bullivant.
Windsor grabbed hold of the game from there and took the lead in the 32nd minute when Wilson drove the ball into the bottom corner.
That advantage was doubled a couple of minutes later when Chennells knocked a long kick from Bullivant past the keeper and tapped into an empty net.
Chennells was just off target in the dying moments of the first half but after the break the hosts had a go without creating much.
The second half saw some strong challenges flying in but Windsor came out on top. Jake Parsons rattled the woodwork but the scoring was completed with three minutes to go when Wilson's corner was knocked down by Andrew Fagan and Seedel was on hand to finish.
