WINDSOR & Eton FC are looking for volunteers to come and help clear the pitch of the snow so Saturday's game can go ahead.

The Royalists are due to host Hungerford Town in what could be an entertaining encounter as both sides look to get the ball down and pass it but the snow has put it in doubt.

However, if it can be cleared the club are hopeful it will go ahead as the pitch is looking okay but the snow needs to be cleared from the terraces and surrounding areas.

Work is due to start on Thursday evening at 7.30pm so if anyone can help, please go down to Stag Meadow or contact the club on 01753 860656 or webmaster@wefc.co.uk.
