FULL TIME: After a slow start by Windsor & Eton they got going midway through the first half and totally outclassed Uxbridge to triumph 5-0.

Jake Parsons got the ball rolling with a cracker, Michael Chennells hit a brace with Steve Butler and Gavin Smith also on target as they started the year in style.

88 mins) Contender for miss of the season from Smith when Ryan Parsons bombed on and picked out the striker four yards out but he side footed wide unchallenged.

85 mins) Windsor continuing to pick apart a ragged Uxbridge but the sixth has not arrived yet thanks to Watkins.

80 mins) Nearly an immediate impact from Richardson as he teed up feelow sub Thomas whose side footed effort was well turned round the post by Watkins.

SUB 78 mins) Marcus Richardson on for Michael Chennells for Windsor's last substitution.

SUB 76 mins) David Pearce on for Jake Parsons - Uxbridge will be delighted to see the back of the Windsor wide man.

GOAL 73 mins) Another fantastic cross from Jake Parsons was met by a fine header at the far post by Smith.

SUB 68 mins) Tommy Howe on for Chris Bell in Uxbridge's third and final change.

68 mins) Fagan stepped out of defence and fizzed one just wide from 30 yards.

SUB 61 mins) Windsor's first change as Ryan Wharton is replaced by Scott Thomas.

GOAL 61 mins) Commentators surse! Jake Parsons squares the ball for Smith who is tackled but it fell to Chennells whose first effort is saved at point blank range then he blasted in the rebound.

60 mins) Unsurprisingly the Royalists have eased off a bit having looked like they put the game to bed late in the first half.

SUB 57 mins) Dean Wallace on for Jack Smillie.

55 mins) Bullivant got away with straying from his goal as he ended up only conceding a throw but then straight down the other end Chennells tried to tee up Smith but he was excellently tackled as soon as he received the square pass.

49 mins) The ball was played back in after a half cleared corner but Chennells steered it over with just the keeper to beat.

SUB 45 mins) Dave Thomas on for Kobi Degrafs Johnson as Uxbridge bid to turn it round.

HALF TIME: Windsor cruising at 3-0 up thanks to a wonder strike from Jake Parsons and when the hosts got into their stride, Michael Chennells and Steve Butler addded further goals.

GOAL 40 mins) Ball clipped in to Smith who nodded on for Butler to steer his volley home from close range.

39 mins) Another poor challenge from an Uxbridge player with things hotting up out there and Keith Scott encouraging his troops not to get involved.

38 mins) Degrefs Johnson and Stevens are getting themselves into trouble at the back, giving the ball away more than once and lucky not to get punished.

GOAL 36 mins) Lightning break by the hosts, played out to Jake Parsons who dinked in a beautiful cross and Chennells beat the keeper to it to head into an empty net.

35 mins) Free-kikc in a dangerous position for Uxbridge but it's straight against the wall and threat is snuffed out.

28 mins) A loose ball was latched on to by Wilson who slid it through to Chennells who could have taken the ball on more but dragged his shot well wide as Windsor are showing more now.

26 mins) Wilson played in the free-kick that Fagan rose highest to meet powerfully but head wide.

19 mins) A cross from the right deflects off Butler with Uxbridge shouting for handball but only a corner was given.

16 mins) A free-kick was tapped to Dennison whose shot was deflected wide for a corner whihc could have gone anywhere. It was half cleared and played back in for Tunnell to latch on to but blaze over from close range.

15 mins) Windsor yet to get going on a difficult surface with Uxbridge having more of the ball to start with.

13 mins) Ryan Parsons tried one from 25 yards but not with the same result as his younger brother's strike as it went over.

10 mins) Bell had a tame curler comfortably held by ex-Uxbridge stopper Bullivant.

GOAL 5 mins) Jake Parsons took the ball on and let fly from distance which flew past a motionless keeper. Great strike!

1 mins) Early half chance for the visitors but the ball was just beyond Tunnell who would have been through if he could have brought the ball down in the box.

THE New Year's Day clash between Windsor & Eton and local rivals promises to be a cracker and will be updated live here.

Windsor finished last year unbeaten in the 2009/10 league campaign and eight points clear of second placed AFC Totton who do have two games in the though.

However, Uxbridge visit Stag Meadow in fine form and will be looking to spoil the party as they are unbeaten in their last four clashes, including an excellent win at Paulton Rovers.
